At En10ergy, we’re on a mission to make Haringey greener by helping businesses and community buildings switch to cleaner, more affordable energy solutions. Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for businesses and property owners with the right conditions to install solar PV panels or LED lighting. Ideal sites will be:
- High electricity users – such as warehouses with refrigeration, large machinery, or those operating 12+ hours per day with heavy lighting use.
- Large roof space – a well-maintained roof in good condition is essential for solar PV installation.
- Long-term leases or private ownership – a lease of 20 years+ or owner-occupied buildings are preferred.
For example, warehouses, supermarkets, events venues, private schools or leisure centres.
What We’ve Done So Far
En10ergy has successfully installed solar PV and LED lighting for various commercial and community buildings, including supermarkets like M&S Muswell Hill High Street, schools, and community centres. These projects have not only reduced carbon emissions but also helped businesses lock in long-term energy savings.
How It Works
- No upfront costs: En10ergy raises the funds to install the solar panels or LED lighting, so you don’t need to worry about financing.
- Fixed electricity price: We offer a competitive fixed electricity price of 16p/kWh to 22p/kWh, depending on site size and feasibility. This rate is locked in for 10-20 years, protecting you from energy price volatility.
- No maintenance worries: En10ergy owns and operates the system, handling all maintenance and monitoring.
- Potential grant funding: Depending on the site, we may be able to access grants to cover part of the installation cost.
The Environmental Benefits
Switching to solar PV significantly reduces carbon emissions. A 100kWp solar PV system can save approximately 15,000kgCO2e per year—that’s the equivalent of driving a petrol car for 37,500 miles (more than 1.5 times around the Earth!).
