Fortismere School share offer 2019

en10ergy raised £9000 to complete our Fortismere pv installation project through a community share offer. The main cost of this project was covered by funds raised in our 2017 share offer for the installation at Woodside High School, not all of which was used there.

A description of the scheme can be seen here

Existing shareholders, as well as staff and parents of Fortismere School, were invited to participate. Of shareholders who contributed to the Woodside Scheme, many allowed us to retain their investment to redeploy to this new project. We are most grateful for this. For those shareholders, the shares allocated to the new scheme will return 3% a year*, rather than the 4% for the original Woodside scheme.

* For the money invested in the Fortismere scheme the 3% return isl be based on the reducing balance of capital each year. Those interested in investing should do so only after reading the Share offer prospectus in full and taking appropriate financial and other advice. Community shares are fully at risk, and you could lose some or all of the money you invest. You have no right to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, nor any right of complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service

For information: the full prospectus issued for this share offer can be seen here (pdf).

Woodside School share offer, 2017

Our offer reached its target in 2017 and is now closed. Huge thanks to everyone who has contributed to the project.  We installed part of the scheme (over 150 panels) on Woodside School in November 2017, and are preparing to install the remaining panels for which funds have been raised at Fortismere School, Muswell Hill.

If you would like to see what the Woodside project involves, go to our  Solar Power at Woodside page.
