The En10ergy Ltd Annual General Meeting will be held in person (and online) at 6.30pm on Wednesday 17th December, at the United Reformed Church, Queens Avenue, London N10 3NU.
Current shareholders should have received notification. Will any who are coming to the meeting please let Pamela Harling, company secretary, know by email to pjharling@hotmail.com. Also, would anyone who would like to join the meeting by Zoom, also please let her know?
The meeting does need to be quorate, so share-holders’ attendance would be very much appreciated.

Director’s reports (chair, treasurer and secretary)
Approval of accounts (attached)
Appointment of auditors
Election of Directors including re-appointments.
Recruitment of new company secretary.

Any Other Business.
The meeting is followed at 7.30pm by Muswell Hill Sustainability Group winter get together (at the same address) and share-holders are very welcome to stay on for that.
